The wine yard of Mourviels is located on the foothills of the massif-central, close by the Audoise black-mountain and near by the famous city of Carcassonne.
The hillside is formed whith chalky white stone and marny clay.
The climate which plays between the Méditerranéan dry and warm sun and the freshness of Atlantic océan, helps in the complete maturation of the grapes.
This exceptional soil permit the élaboration of a complex and original wine which is such as Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Grenache.
